Refund/Warranty Policy

Return Policy

Noise Machine (NMSVE) is made with pride and care by our small team here at this.is.NOISE inc; however, if you aren't fully satisfied with your order for whatever reason we do offer a 30 day return policy. The 30 day window begins on day of delivery, with the return shipping and customs paid at the buyers expense.

To ensure you get a full refund on your unit, everything must be included in the package when shipped. After receiving and inspecting your return we will issue a refund via your purchasing method. 

1-Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty

Further, we do offer a 1-Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty on all units subject to fault due to the manufacturing process. 

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Accidental user damage
  • Damage due to a fall
  • Misuse of device
  • Damage due to use of non-provided power adapter
  • Normal wear & tear

If your unit fits within this warranty please reach out to us at info@thisisnoiseinc.com and we will repair or replace your unit based on the situation at hand.

Electrostatic damage: Exposed pins within this product are subject to electrostatic damage in some circumstances. Only use this product when you are away from equipment that could cause electrostatic damage.

Small Parts Dangerous if Swallowed: This product contains small parts that if swallowed could cause injury or death in some circumstances. this.is.NOISE inc is not responsible/liable for injury/death caused by parts swallowed or similar incidents. Please use caution if in range from young children/toddlers. If any part of this product is swallowed please consult your nearest Hospital. Swallowing any pieces in relation to this product could cause injury or death.

In accordance to the WEEE Directive and other applicable local regulations, Disposal of this product is detailed below.

There are multiple options to dispose this product and help fight against the growing issue of e-waste on our planet. Please consider these options to recycle this product in the most efficient way available to you:
