2026 is going to be AWESOME

2025 was a huge year for us, but 2026 is going to be next level.

Learn more about what we accomplished and what we have planned for the new year 🎉

Year in Review ✨

👈 Out with 2025

We’ll always remember 2025 as the year we got Gamma past the finish line (a massive undertaking); and while Gamma development took up a good portion of the year, it wasn’t the only thing we had going on!

We met some incredible people at the three different shows we attended:

  1. Toronto Synth and Pedal Expo 2025

  2. Knobcon 13: Synthmania

  3. Montreal Knobsession

…and finally started our collaboration with Boomlights on bringing the LC-1X+ to market (more details on this deeper in the blog post ⛏️👷).

We also gained a ton of traction on social media, growing from a respectable 36k followers on Instagram to now over 56k followers. That’s a 50%+ increase in a calendar year! 📈

Alright, enough reminiscing. What do we have planned for 2026? 🤔

👉 In with 2026

Now that Gamma’s out in the wild, our main focus for much of 2026 will heavily revolve around:

  • Improving Gamma via software updates.

  • Securing partnerships with influencers/creators to help market Gamma.

  • Explore potential distributors/retailers overseas.

  • Ramping up production for larger batches.

Throughout this period we’ll also be considering where we want to take TIN next (product-wise).

As always we have a ton of ideas, so honing in on a direction will be vital.

We also want to try and hit a few more shows this year! Here’s the ones currently on our radar:

  • Toronto Synth and Pedal Expo 2026.

  • London Synth and Pedal Expo 2026.

  • Superbooth 2026.

  • Knobcon 14 (2026).

  • Montreal Knobsession 2026.

  • Brooklyn Synth and Pedal Expo 2026.

Overall, 2026 is shaping up to be an even bigger year for us than 2025. We hope you’ll join us for the ride 🚗💨🌇

Gamma Batch 2 Update 🔮

If you’ve been following along with our blog updates since we brought them back in March of last year you’ll know that we experienced our fair share of bumps/bruises with Gamma’s first batch.

Turns out it’s really hard to develop and launch a product of Gamma’s magnitude with a small team in a short timeframe like that… who knew? 😅.

Luckily, many of the delays we faced were in the vacuum of Gamma still being developed - something that is now behind us.

Because of this, it's been a lot easier to avoid delays and predict when Gamma Batch 2 will ship!

Right now we are still on track to begin shipping late January/early February.

All components are currently in our possession other than PCB’s, which our supplier has assured will be shipping out this week 🤞

Gamma 1.1 Software Update 🫧

We were really hoping to have the first small Gamma software update launch alongside this blog, but opted into allowing a bit more time to test before going live.

Here’s what’s coming in version 1.1:

  • MIDI Out overhaul

    • Stable + faster.

    • Moved MIDI notes and chords to separate MIDI channels.

    • Fixed dropped notes.

    • Made MIDI on/off a global parameter.

  • Added ability to “Warp” to any already unlocked Pet/Level.

    • Click any level in Gammapedia to enter the Warp Menu for that level.

    • Added pet names!

  • Added long press encoder to quickly exit the menu system.

  • Improved battery life.

  • Miscellaneous bug fixes.

We are looking for some beta testers, so if that’s something you’d be interested in please reach out to us directly.

Expect this update to drop in the next week or two!

LC-1X+ Shipped ✅

Man, starting the new year shipping a new product feels so sweet!

We were able to ship out all existing LC-1X+ orders earlier this week after assembling stock in late December.

If you ordered an LC-1X+ be sure to check your email for your tracking number (or spam, if we got put there 🥲), and be sure to tag us in any content you happen to make when it arrives!

For those interested, we do now have this product in stock on our website and ready to ship 👀

NMSVE & NM2 Stock Timeline ⌚

Speaking of stock, both NMSVE and NM2 stock ran dry during the holiday season - a first for us!

Thank you to everyone who placed an order during this time. We hope Noise Machine ended up being a great holiday gift 🎁

Back-orders for the Noise Machine line are expected to begin shipping in February. We’re keeping this ship date loose for now as the Chinese New Year may affect when we receive PCB’s and can begin assembly.

We’ll do our best to keep everybody updated as this ship date gets closer!

Other TIN News

  • While we wait for stock of our most popular products (Gamma, NM2/NMSVE) our team will have some much needed time to rest. You’ll still be able to reach us during this time, but please allow a little longer for a response 🙂

TIN fun fact (the more you know 🌈🌠)

As many of you know, this is NOISE inc started with Noise Machine on Kickstarter all the way back in 2020 (...disregard the, now glaringly obvious, cringe campaign video 😳).

What a lot of you don’t know is that Noise Machine’s original prototype looked absolutely nothing like its final form:

The inspiration for these prototypes came from products like the Beatbox by Rythmo (now discontinued?) and the MIDI Fighter by DJ TechTools which were growing in popularity at the time.

Sometime during development we realized that we had to differentiate from the competition to be successful.

We landed on “portable yet functional” as Noise Machine’s unique selling point, and ever since then we’ve carried the ethos that innovation isn’t optional for the products we create.
