Gamma Batch 3... WHERE IS IT? 👀

We sent out an email update to Batch 3 customers mid-May (when we expected to begin shipping Gamma Batch 3, as per our last blog post) with the unfortunate news that the ship date had to be pushed ahead into June 😭

...but now I'm happy to announce that we've started shipping Batch 3 and look to be all caught up by months end 🎉

The wait for Batch 3 has been excruciating, but we'd like to thank everyone once again for their high level of patience throughout the last couple of delays.

TIN Fun Fact (the more you know 🌈🌠)

With the new 2.0 software update, Gamma becomes one of the few synthesizers out there to adopt the (semi) new MIDI 2.0 protocol. While not every DAW supports MIDI 2.0 today, this update helps future proof the device once the protocol becomes mass adopted.

  • So I’ve been having a lot of crashes on my gamma, like, it just hangs on certain screens when booting up, and it never gets past the screen it hangs on. And right now, it’s hung on the initial gamma incorporated screen and no matter what I’ve tried, it’s able to get out of that screen, rendering it useless. Anyone else had this problem?And know how to reset it or hard boot it or anything to get it back to square one I can’t even connect wit to the update page online because it doesn’t recognize it, because it hasn’t got past the initial boot screen.
